Sandpiper 8 is currently in formation and will be dedicated to extended stay development in high-growth markets.  More information on S8 will be forthcoming as we identify sites and brands.

was formed in October 2018 via the recapitalization of our first two funds, SH1 & SH2. SLT is a permanent capital vehicle and is Sandpiper’s primary vehicle for the acquisition of open, cash flowing extended stay hotel properties. In January 2023, SLT purchased our third and fourth funds, SH3 and SH4.
